Why can't I cash out all my balance?

Bonus Cash cannot be withdrawn but can only be used to participate in Cash Games.
Only cash prize winnings from matches can be withdrawn. The Bonus Cash you have in your balance will be automatically forfeited once you request a withdrawal and cannot be recovered.
To see how much you currently have available for a withdrawal:
Go to the 5th tab, which is the Shop tab;
Click on Withdraw;
Your withdrawable balance will be displayed as Available for Withdrawal.
